Individual support requests are available for purchase. This is a service that we offer all members, independent of membership level, and can be used for quickly emerging issues in your development projects, or when you have already used up the support requests included in your annual membership fee.

Basic E-mail Developer Support
The Basic E-mail Developer Support is an annual support service included in the Core membership that provides developers with all the basics to successfully develop world-class applications for our products & solutions. With this service, developers get access to our developer support engineers via e-mail with same-day response, five technical support requests as well as the ability to purchase more.

Priority E-mail Developer Support
The Priority E-mail Developer Support is an annual support service included in the Core+ membership that equips professional developers with everything they need to successfully develop world-class applications for our products & solutions. With this service, developers get priority access to our developer support engineers via e-mail with fast response times and up to 50 technical support requests.
